Privacy notice

What personal information LuluSkill collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can review, correct or delete it.

Last updated 2026-10-20

This notice describes how the operator of LuluSkill handles information on luluskill.com and in accounts created on it. “LuluSkill”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this service. Use the contact channel below for privacy questions and requests.

Accounts are provided through Clerk, a third-party sign-in service. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. There are no passwords, and LuluSkill never receives or stores a password. Clerk handles email verification and the sign-in session under its own terms and privacy policy.

LuluSkill collects and keeps these categories of personal information:

  • Account identifiers: an internal account identifier, and the identifier Clerk assigns to you, so the two can be linked.
  • Contact details: the email address or addresses linked to your account, whether each one has been verified, and a display name if your account has one.
  • What you save: the projects you create (their name and goal), the answers you give in a guided brief, and the prompt LuluSkill writes from them.
  • Preferences: your language and colour scheme, so they follow you between devices.
  • Security records: sign-in events and attempt counters. Where a record has to recognise a repeated visitor, it stores a salted one-way digest instead of your IP address or browser details.
  • Basic request logs: like any website, every request passes through LuluSkill’s host, Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

Please do not paste passwords, API keys or other secrets into a project or a brief. They would be stored as ordinary text.

LuluSkill uses this information only to run the service for you:

  • To create your account, sign you in and keep you signed in.
  • To store your projects and briefs and show them back to you. They are not shown to other users.
  • To remember your language and colour scheme.
  • To keep the service secure, by detecting and limiting abuse, repeated failed sign-ins and attacks.
  • To answer you when you write to the contact address.
  • To see, in aggregate and without identifying anyone, which pages and tools are used, so they can be improved.

Personal information is shared only with the service providers that run LuluSkill, and only for that purpose:

  • Clerk, which provides sign-in: it holds your email address, sends your sign-in codes and manages your sign-in session.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and its database, provides its domain name service, and forwards email sent to the contact address to the operator’s mailbox. Your account and project data is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare also provides the cookieless visit statistics described below.

Adcash and its advertising partners process advertising data only after your permission, as described in the Adcash notice. Google AdSense remains disabled. Other sharing is limited to the service providers described here or legal requirements.

Google AdSense is not enabled on LuluSkill. Adcash Display may appear on eligible public pages only after your explicit permission. The following Google AdSense paragraphs describe how it would work if it were enabled. The separate Adcash notice below explains its cookies, purposes and withdrawal controls.

If advertising is ever switched on after a new application is approved, the Learn overview would show at most one advertisement, clearly labelled “Sponsored · Advertisement”, after the article content, and each Learn article at most two, labelled the same way: one between two sections partway through the article and one after the article content. Advertising would never appear on sign-in, account, project, Studio, run-approval or security pages, or on these legal and contact pages.

Once advertising is switched on:

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, will use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads on LuluSkill. Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and to other sites on the internet (personalised advertising).
  • If you do not agree to personalised advertising — through the consent message, or by turning it off in Google’s Ads Settings — Google may show non-personalised ads instead. These are chosen from context, such as the page you are reading and your general location, rather than from your browsing history; they can still use cookies to limit how often an ad is shown, for aggregated reporting and to fight fraud and abuse.
  • LuluSkill does not give Google your account details, email address, projects or briefs for advertising. What Google receives comes directly from your browser — for example the page address, your IP address, browser and device information and Google’s own cookies — and is handled under Google’s own privacy policy.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and visitors whose location cannot be determined, will first see Google’s consent message (Google Privacy & messaging, which uses the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework). No advertising script loads unless you consent there; if you do not consent, no advertisement is shown to you and no advertising cookie is set. Elsewhere, the advertising script also loads only after Google’s consent tool has answered.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. When the consent message goes live, a “Privacy and cookie settings” link will be added to the site so you can reopen it; deleting this site’s cookies in your browser also clears your choice, and the message will ask again. Withdrawing stops new advertising requests from then on.

LuluSkill counts how the site is used in two ways, so it can tell which pages and tools actually help. Neither sets a cookie, stores anything on your device or gives you an identifier, and neither is used for advertising.

What is measured:

  • Page views and page speed, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. Every page loads a small script from Cloudflare, which already hosts the site, from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It reports the page viewed, the referring site, the country, the device and browser type and loading-speed measurements, and Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors.
  • Anonymous counts of product actions, recorded by LuluSkill itself: for example that a step of the guided start was finished, that a prompt was copied, opened or downloaded, or that a template was started. Each count holds only the name of the action, the page language and a fixed label from a short list, such as the kind of result or the AI tool you picked.

What is not measured:

  • No account, email address, name or identifier is attached, so counts cannot be linked to each other or to you. LuluSkill does not store your IP address, the page address or the referring site with them.
  • Nothing you type is counted or sent: not your goals, your answers, your prompts or any AI’s replies.
  • The statistics are not used for advertising or to build a profile of you, are not shared with advertisers, and do not follow you across other websites.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, LuluSkill sends none of its own product counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page for every visitor and still counts the page view, without cookies or an identifier. It is not part of the advertising described above and does not wait for the advertising consent message, because it stores nothing on your device and is not used for advertising.

The product counts are kept in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for about three months and are then deleted automatically. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is kept by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.

Account and project data is kept in LuluSkill’s server-side database, which runs on Cloudflare. Identity data held by Clerk is kept by Clerk. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where these providers operate.

One thing is kept only on your device, and only if you ask: when you tick “Remember on this device” in the “About you” step, your answers (the choices you tapped, never typed text) are saved in this browser’s local storage and are never sent to LuluSkill. The cookie notice names the item and explains how to delete it.

No fixed retention period has been set. Account and project data is kept while your account exists, and deleted when you ask for the account to be deleted. Request logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own practices.

  • It does not host or run third-party Skills. A Skill page on LuluSkill describes the Skill and links to the author’s own repository; using it happens in the AI tool you choose.
  • It does not carry out real tasks in the cloud on your behalf.
  • No Adcash advertising script loads before permission, after rejection or on private work pages. A first-party cookie records an allow or reject choice. Google AdSense remains disabled.
  • It does not sell your personal information, and it does not give your account, contact or project data to advertisers.
  • First-party usage statistics do not use analytics cookies or fingerprinting. Optional third-party advertising has separate processing described in the Adcash notice.

You can change your language and colour scheme at any time. There is not yet a self-service way to export your data or delete your account, so those requests are handled by email.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and its data, write to contact@luluskill.com from the email address linked to your account, so the request can be matched to it.

When Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, LuluSkill sends no anonymous product counts and requests no Adcash advertising. Cookieless Cloudflare page-view statistics still run. Otherwise Adcash requires your explicit permission, which can be withdrawn in Advertising privacy settings.

This notice does not limit your rights under applicable law. The separate Adcash notice explains advertising choices and withdrawal; the Google AdSense paragraphs describe a disabled integration.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to contact@luluskill.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting on it. Making a request does not change how the service treats you.

LuluSkill is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to use it or create an account. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to contact@luluskill.com and the account and its data will be deleted.

This notice takes effect on the date shown at the top of the page, which changes whenever the notice does. It already describes the Google advertising planned for the learning pages. If LuluSkill starts collecting or using personal information in any other new way, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect.

For questions about this notice or your personal information, write to contact@luluskill.com.

Advertising on public pages

Public reading pages load Adcash Display advertising by default when serving is enabled. No first-visit advertising prompt is shown. Adcash and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device identifiers and cookies to select and measure personalized ads. Automatic loading does not create a record that you consented. Use Advertising privacy settings in the footer to turn advertising off or on. If you make a choice, a cookie stores only a version, on/off choice and date for up to 180 days. Saved rejection, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals stop Adcash requests. All tools remain available when advertising is off. Turning it off stops future requests; partner-held data is subject to the partner’s privacy policy and rights process.

Studio, run approval, sign-in, security reviews, private projects, prompt editing, settings and file previews have no third-party advertising. Public reading may display ads by default whether you are signed in or not. Documents carrying URL parameters remain excluded. Private task tools open in a separate document before you enter answers. Third-party creatives use their provider’s original links and tracking; site-authored sponsorship links use the controlled sponsored redirect. An ad element entering the viewport is a site observation, not a confirmed paid impression.
