Terms of use
The rules for using LuluSkill, a free public service for learning about AI skills and preparing instructions for an assistant.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of LuluSkill at luluskill.com. “LuluSkill”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this service, and “you” means the person using it. The contact page provides the channel for questions about the service.
By creating an account or otherwise using LuluSkill, you agree to these terms. The privacy notice explains how your information is handled. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use LuluSkill
You must be at least 13 years old to use LuluSkill or create an account. LuluSkill is not directed to children under 13.
What LuluSkill is
LuluSkill is a free, public service that helps you describe what you want to build, plan a first version, and learn the vocabulary around AI Skills. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
What LuluSkill does not do
- It does not host, import or run third-party code. Its directory lists third-party projects as metadata with a link to each source repository, and records their licence and attribution. A listing is not an endorsement or a security guarantee: you use a third-party project under its own licence and at your own judgement.
- It does not execute real tasks in the cloud. Cloud execution is switched off.
- It does not guarantee that anything it writes for you is correct, complete or suitable for your purpose. Check it before you rely on it.
Your account
- Keep your email account secure: signing in uses a one-time code sent there, and activity under your LuluSkill account is treated as yours.
- Use an email address that belongs to you.
- Do not enter passwords, API keys or other secrets into a project or a brief.
Your content
- What you write stays yours. LuluSkill claims no ownership of your projects, your briefs or the prompts written from them.
- You give LuluSkill only the permission it needs to store your content, show it back to you and keep it safe, for example in the host’s backups. LuluSkill does not publish your content or show it to other users.
- You are responsible for what you save, and you must have the right to use it.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to get around sign-in, access restrictions or any other security control.
- Do not use LuluSkill to break the law, infringe other people’s rights or harm anyone.
- Do not overload, probe or scrape the service.
Copyright complaints and removal requests
Directory and Skill listings describe third-party projects. A directory listing shows only metadata — such as a name, a summary, the detected licence and the attribution — and links to the source repository; LuluSkill does not copy or host the project’s files. For every listing, LuluSkill records the source address, the exact commit it was taken from, the detected licence and the attribution the licence requires.
If you believe a listing or other content on LuluSkill infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@luluskill.com. LuluSkill has not yet designated a registered agent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), so notices are received at this address.
Please include:
- the address of the LuluSkill page you are reporting;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the name and contact details of the rights holder, or of the person acting for them;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
We acknowledge each notice and act on it, typically within 48 hours: while we review it, the listing is removed or disabled. If a notice is missing something we need, we will ask for it. Each notice, and what was done about it, is recorded in our review log.
If something you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the address of the removed page, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and your signature. We may pass a counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice, and may restore the listing unless they tell us they have started legal action.
In appropriate circumstances, LuluSkill closes the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe other people’s rights, and stops listing sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
Reports about licences, attribution, security or accuracy that are not copyright notices are welcome at the same address, or through the “Report a problem or request removal” link on each listing page.
Price and advertising
LuluSkill is free and has no paid plans, so no payment or refund terms apply yet.
Some learning pages may show clearly labelled third-party advertisements, and eligible public discovery pages may also show Adcash Display after your permission. LuluSkill does not endorse the advertisers or what they offer, and is not responsible for their sites. Google AdSense remains disabled. Private work pages do not load third-party advertising.
No warranty
LuluSkill is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, it comes with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and with no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Stored data can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of LuluSkill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or your inability to use it.
Some places do not allow these exclusions or limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits a right you have that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using LuluSkill at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, write to contact@luluskill.com.
LuluSkill may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and may change or discontinue the service. Where it is practical, notice will be given in advance.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and a significant change will be posted here before it takes effect. If you keep using LuluSkill after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to you.
Disputes and your rights
If you have a dispute about the service, you can contact LuluSkill to discuss a resolution. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law requires us to preserve.

Advertising on public pages
Public reading pages load Adcash Display advertising by default when serving is enabled. No first-visit advertising prompt is shown. Adcash and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device identifiers and cookies to select and measure personalized ads. Automatic loading does not create a record that you consented. Use Advertising privacy settings in the footer to turn advertising off or on. If you make a choice, a cookie stores only a version, on/off choice and date for up to 180 days. Saved rejection, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals stop Adcash requests. All tools remain available when advertising is off. Turning it off stops future requests; partner-held data is subject to the partner’s privacy policy and rights process.
Studio, run approval, sign-in, security reviews, private projects, prompt editing, settings and file previews have no third-party advertising. Public reading may display ads by default whether you are signed in or not. Documents carrying URL parameters remain excluded. Private task tools open in a separate document before you enter answers. Third-party creatives use their provider’s original links and tracking; site-authored sponsorship links use the controlled sponsored redirect. An ad element entering the viewport is a site observation, not a confirmed paid impression.
