Follow these steps

- Keep the requested decisions, action table and open questions. Add your audience and length limit.
- Choose your tool in the prompt helper, copy the generated instruction and ask for a draft there.
- Match each decision, owner and deadline to the notes. If an item was invented, quote the source line and ask for that row to be corrected.
